The WISE Summit is our annual entrepreneurship conference open to all disciplines and backgrounds. It was created to foster community among women and those who are underrepresented in entrepreneurship beyond Northeastern University and across Boston who are interested in developing an innovative mindset. The WISE Summit strives to highlight unconventional paths to entrepreneurship and make entrepreneurship accessible.
In 2025, WISE Summit focused on what it means to have been Built to Last. Built to Last calls upon each of us to think about how to form sustainability in our personal journeys, emphasize longevity in our careers, and define success on our own terms. The foundation we build today will support us in our future ventures, and it is important that we build it with care and intention. Whether we move through different industries, start new businesses, or stay on one path, our foundation is what will help keep us steady. By focusing on both our professional lives and personal growth we will hopefully develop a long-lasting and balanced approach to life that is Built to Last.
WISE Summit includes coffee chats, keynote speaking events, workshop sessions, and our WISE marketplace with products created by student founders and Boston-based businesses. All are encouraged to attend Summit regardless of gender identity, major, year, or experience level.
View Website »In Spring 2022, WISE invited student entrepreneurs from colleges all over Boston to attend an event to learn from each other and grow with one another. In addition to keynote speeches and lightning talks from female founders, attendees took part in workshop breakout sessions varying across interdisciplinary topics. We had over 250+ attendees and speakers from Amazon, Boston Red Sox, Alinea Invest, and more.
